The hotel was located close to the a canal where the water smells as well as the center and other shopping malls. The staff was very very helpful, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. Generous sized and beautifully maintained rooms with mirrors and pleasant decor and kitchenette, had a pleasant experience.

I stayed at this hotel during the Canton fair and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and amenities provided. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and the suite I stayed in was clean and spacious. The arrival area was a nice touch, offering refreshing drinks and fresh sushi and sandwiches. There are also convenient on-site dining options, including a Starbucks. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. I highly recommend saying hello to Mr Rainy Qiu at the concierge desk, as he is a professional and friendly individual who goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning.

They provided buses, a 15-minute ride each way, and even offered a snack buffet upon return. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also conveniently located, with a variety of restaurants nearby. Special mention to Concierge Mr Rainy Qiu, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. He helped with travel arrangements and even secured a room upgrade. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with thoughtful touches like a rose and neatly arranged slippers. The breakfast had a wide variety of local and international options, and there was a convenient foreign exchange machine in the lobby.

The hotel provided transportation to and from the Canton Fair, which was extremely convenient. After long days at the fair, they even had a snack buffet of sushi and mini cakes, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. The hotel was also within walking distance to restaurants and had a Starbucks on site.

The convenient location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city and attend business meetings. Additionally, the free WiFi provided by the hotel was a great advantage.

One downside was the limited dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It required taking a taxi or bus to find different places to eat.

Thoroughly enjoyed TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. The staff was professional and everything was good. The vibe here was quiet. Location: the hotel was close enough to other areas. In Xianggang Cheng you could have Halal meals.

Oh, and the "helpful" staff's poor communication skills and wrong accommodation request just added to the fun! Who needs customer service, right? 😂

The hotel facilities were great, with a Starbucks on site and various restaurants both in the hotel and nearby. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and within a short drive to an abundance of restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the Canton Fair, which was only a 10-15 minute ride away. The breakfast had a good mix of Asian and Western food, with fresh eggs and toast always available.
